INDY DIVA PROFILE on ZIP (Part Three/The Zipster's Back In Action!)!

HELLO WEBHEADS!

I understand and realize that it has been several weeks since the last blog that I posted and,at this time,I would like to apologize to you,the reader, for me not being able to finish this conclusion to my literary saga prose that is The Indy Diva Profile.

However, after my somewhat extensive sabbatical,I am very proud to tell all you webheads one thing:
I'M BAAAAAACCCCK!!!

Now,with that being said, here is the moment that you've all been waiting for,the 3rd and final installment on my Indy Diva profile on "The Gorgeous Golden Vixen Goddess";the very talented, the very beautiful and the very tough independent female wrestler,ZIP (pictured on the right)!

During my last blog,I told you in Part Two of my Indy Diva profile on The Zipster that she mysteriously left the Independent Wrestling Council (IWC) early in the year 2005.
For the next several months, myself and many of her fans were wondering what in the world happened to her?
Well, truth be told, she was working as a volunteeer fireperson in her hometown of Pensacola,FL.
It was her way of giving back and helping out her own community.

I gotta tell you, webheads, despite her intemperate disposition as an infamous heel wrestler, the fact that The Zipster was helping out her own community as a volunteer fireperson is nothing short than commendable and indeed very noble and I truly tip my hat off to her in tremendous salutations for doing that.

The IWC soon folded on March 29th,2005 and all the wrestlers that were involved in the IWC were wrestling for several different wrestling organizations all over the entire Gulf Coast region of the United States.

In October of 2005,a brand new wrestling organization loomed upon the horizon and that was the outstanding Gulf South Wrestling that was run by Percy Pringle III,a.k.a the former manager of The Undertaker in the WWE,Paul Bearer.
I began attending their shows since late October of 2005 and their shows were exciting and action packed!

On January 17th 2006,I went to a GSW show in Grand Bay,AL.
I was getting ready in excitement and anticipation for another good quality, action packed wrestling extravaganza.

I simply just could not believe my eyes who I saw sitting across the way from me at ringside?
IT WAS ZIP!!!

The feeling that I had when I saw her for the first time in over a year was like me getting a belated Christmas present or winning the lottery.
It was great seeing her again and she looked very beautiful that night.
We embraced each other and reminisced about old times and what we've been up to within the past year.

Somehow, webheads,in the back of my mind,I had this premonition that sooner or later that Zip was going to return back to the squared circle once again.

It was only a matter of time.....and believe me,webheads,I couldn't have been any more happier!

At the next GSW show on February 17th,2006,Zip made her return to wrestling as she ran in during a match that involved her old arch nemesis,Dixie.
She finished off Dixie by putting Dixie in her own finishing move called "The Rat Killer(a double underhook reverse facebuster)" and ran away from the ring and out of the bullding like a thief in the night, costing Dixie to lose the match.

The next night,I traveled to Altha,FL;which is like a 4 hour drive from my house,to atttend the Great American Wrestling Federation (GAWF) "FEBRUARY FIGHT NIGHT" show.
One of the matches that I was REALLY looking forward to see was a women's 3 way dance match-up as it was Gina Marie vs. Dixie vs. Zip.

This was Zip's 1st match in the ring in nearly a year.

In this match,The Zipster absolutely showed no sign of ring rust whatsoever as she clotheslined Gina Marie

and showing off
her wrestling skills as she got her old arch rival Dixie down on the canvas in a rear front chancery headlock.

This match
was extremely frenetic and beguiled, but in the end,Zip prevailed as she rolled up Dixie in a schoolgirl roll-up for the 1-2-3 victory.

You webheads couldn't even begin to imagine how elated I was!

Zip returned to Gulf South Wrestling and made her wrestling debut there as she wrestled Dixie and "The Majesty Of Mayhem" Queen Melissa in a 3 way dance.
Since that The Queen and The Zipster were allies, the referee decided to make the match a 2-on-1 handicap match with the both of them tagging in and out.
There was some friction between them when each of them were attempting to pin Dixie.
This would soon backfire ansd be their downfall as Dixie took out Queen Melissa with her move,"The Rat Killer" and defeating Zip by finishing her off with another one of her moves called "The Climax (a flying Mexican head scissors takedown)".

A month later,Zip took on Dixie one-on-one with Queen Melissa as the special referee.
From the start, one would assume that the odds were pretty much in The Zipster's favor considering that Queen Melissa, her "partner in crime",was the special referee, and throughout most of the match,it seemed that way.

That was until when The Queen was caught in the middle of dueling running clotheslines by both Dixie and Zip.
Imagine the impact of two speeding cars going at 55 miles per hour coming at you on a collision course.
The Queen was knocked out and the match resumed.

Apparently,Zip had the match won as she caught Dixie of the ropes in her finishing maneuver called "The Zippit(a sidewalk slam/elbow drop to the mid-section combination)".

Zip had Dixie pinned;however there was no referee to make the pin.

Afterwards,Dixie caught Zip in "The Climax",then another referee ran in to make the 1-2-3 pin.

As you could imagine,
Zip was very frustrated losing to her arch rival Dixie.
In fact, she was so frustrated to the point where she took out her frustrations of defeat upon her longtime adversary as she attacked her after the end of their matches within the past two months.
It took all of GSW security, all the wrestlers in the locker room and even GSW President Percy Pringle III to break up the ladies fracases.

But,
in the month of May,the winds of Zip's misfortunes in losing to Dixie began to change in triumphant fashion because Zip was voted and chosen by her fans, her wrestling peers and the thousands upon thoussands of group members at the immensely popular worldwide indy womens' wrestling YAHOO! group Indy Divas as THE MAY INDY DIVA OF THE MONTH!

With a total of 158 votes that were cast and with 44% of ther overall vote,The Zipster won with an amazing and astonishing 71 votes;the most that any female wrestling personality at Indy Divas has EVER amassed for any Indy Diva Of The Month poll!

On June 11th,2006,Zip took on Dixie.
During this particular stage in their wrestling careers,Dixie was the heel while Zip was the popular babyface.
I must say that when I witnessed this match, the fans to me were evenly split down the middle as to which lady wrestler they were rooting for.

It really didn't matter whose side of the fence these two ladies were on nor who was cheering or booing for who, both Zip and Dixie through their one-on-one battles during the last 4 years have ALWAYS had spirited, competitive matches between each other and this match that took place at Gulf South Wrestling at The Whiskey in Mobile,AL certainly proved to be no different.

Dixie pulled every dirty trick in her arsenal to fend off the onslaught of Zip,but it was to no avail as Zip battled her way back.

Then,Zip did a move that I would never have dreamed in a million years of her even doing.
She climbed on the top rope and came off the top rope giving Dixie a flying shoulder block.
What an incredible and spectacular move that was that she did!

The Zipster later finished off Dixie with "The Zippit",covered and hooked her leg and pinned her for the 1-2-3.
At last, for the 1st time since facing Dixie in Gulf South Wrestling,Zip was triumphant in victory!

Sadly, this was the last time at Gulf South Wrestling or anywhere else for that matter that these two would face each other.

Would I love nothing more than to see The Zipster back in action?
Would I love nothing more than to see her rekindle her longtime feud with Dixie once again?

MY answers to both of those questions are:
YOU DAMN RIGHT!!!

Also,remember,webheads,in the wrestling business:
NEVER SAY NEVER!!!

In closing,I would like to say that I am very proud of Zip and what she has achieved in her wrestling career so far and I am equally as proud to call her one of my dearest and most cherished friends.

I,for one,can hardly wait until the day when "The Gorgeous Golden Vixen Goddess" known as Zip makes her return back to the squared circle....
and, trust me,it may be sooner than you think!

UNTIL NEXT TIME,WEBHEADS.....
